Welcome to Touched by Tonie B! Thank you so much for your interest! Please read all rules and regulations below. Once appointment is booked every client has agreed they have read and will obey all rules listed below.

Bookings: books open 2 weeks prior to the date you need (14 days before) everyday a new day opens.

Deposit/Retainer: A deposit/retainer is required before any booking can be confirmed. Paying your deposit/retainer is the only way to fully secure your appointment. Deposit/Retainer fee's will vary on the service you book. Appointment will not be accepted until deposit/retainer is paid. NON REFUNDABLE/ NON TRANSFERABLE RETAINER NO EXCEPTIONS

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due upon arrival, and MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY there will be an additional fee of $10 added if client doesn’t have cash.

Late Fees: I ask that you please be on time for your appointment. If you are LATE for your appointment, a late fee will be charged. After 10 minutes late there is a $20 fee. After 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS

Day of Cancellation: Day of cancellations will result in loss of deposit/retainer and a added remaining balance fee to your next appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS

No Call No Show: No Call No Show will result in being restricted from booking with Touched by Tonie B. in the future. NO EXCEPTIONS

Due to a limited space, I ask that you come alone!NO EXCEPTIONS

Business Hours are from 9am-6pm $40 will be added to service if appointment is requested before or after business hours. Sunday Appointments are an additional $20
